IN-STUDIO APPOINTMENTS
Choose your preferred date and time below for traditional or airbrush makeup application. Appointments can be scheduled up to 12 months in advance.

An additional fee will apply for appointments scheduled before 9am or after 7:30pm, except "Glam & Go" VIP members. For those who require multiple appointments during a 6-month period, consider joining our membership program first. Visit chenesebean.com/member to join.

  • Please arrive with a clean face, free from makeup of any kind. If makeup is present, clients will need to remove it themselves before the appointment starts, which may cause delays and result in a $25 late fee.

    • Groomed Brows: To ensure a clean and complete makeup look, it is recommended to get your brows done or groomed (waxing, threading, etc.) 1-2 days before your appointment. To prevent too much time correcting them, extending your appointment time. Select here if you need a referral.

    • Lash Extensions: If you need a referral for lash extensions, select here.

  • Appointments scheduled less than 24 hours notice or on the same day are considered last minute and will incur a $35 non-refundable urgency fee. Please ensure you select this option in the appointment add-on section. If not selected, the fee will be added after booking.

  • There is a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals. After that, the appointment may be canceled. If it can still be accommodated, a $25 late fee will apply.

  • Appointments can be changed within the confirmation email received at the time of booking.

    Moving an appointment allows the retainer to be applied to a new date. If one is not provided, a coupon code in the amount paid will be sent for rescheduling.

  • Appointments can be cancelled within the confirmation email received at the time of booking.

    For cancellations made 24 hours or less of the appointment, the retainer is non-refundable and cannot be transferred or used as credit (coupon code).

    If canceled 48 hours or more in advance, the retainer is still non-refundable but can be transferred to another date or used as credit.

  • Failure to notify of not arriving results in the forfeiture of all payments. Retainers and payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. Future appointments will require approval, and no refunds will be given.
