Trial Appointment Scheduling
Scheduling a trial appointment (before booking the wedding) does not guarantee the availability of the wedding date. The wedding date is only secured upon signing a contract and submitting the required retainer fee.

Retainer Requirement
A non-refundable retainer is required at the time of booking the preview (trial) appointment. This retainer secures the appointment and covers the time and effort invested in preparing and conducting the trial.

Availability for Wedding Date
• For Brides Who HAVE NOT Booked Their Wedding: If another bride books the same wedding date during the time between scheduling the trial and booking your wedding (signing a contract with a paid retainer), the inquired wedding date will no longer be available. The non-refundable retainer for the trial covers blocking out that date & time, preparation, and commitment made for the trial session and is not tied to reserving the wedding date.

• For Brides Who HAVE Booked Their Wedding: Once the wedding date is secured with a paid retainer and signed contract, this category does not apply, and your wedding date will remain reserved.

Securing the Wedding Date
Trial appointments are designed to help brides feel confident in their decision. Brides have the option to either:

1. Schedule a trial appointment before booking their wedding to experience the service, with the understanding that the wedding date is not secured until the contract is signed, and the retainer fee is paid.

2. Secure their wedding date first by signing the contract and paying the retainer, then schedule a trial at a later time (recommended no later than 2-3 months before the wedding).

Securing the wedding date promptly ensures availability and avoids conflicts with other bookings.

Finalizing the Booking (Wedding)
Should you wish to proceed with securing your wedding date after the trial, your retainer fee and signed contract will finalize booking your wedding date.

• Start Fresh, No Makeup

Please arrive with a clean face, free from makeup of any kind. If makeup is present, clients will need to remove it themselves before the appointment starts, which may cause delays and result in a $25 late fee.

Groomed Brows: To ensure a clean and complete makeup look, it is recommended to get your brows done or groomed (waxing, threading, etc.) 1-2 days before your appointment. To prevent too much time correcting them, extending your appointment time. Select here if you need a referral.

• Last Minute & Same Day Appointment

Appointments scheduled less than 24 hours notice or on the same day are considered last minute and will incur a $35 non-refundable urgency fee. Please ensure you select this option in the appointment add-on section. If not selected, the fee will be added after booking.

• Tardiness

There is a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals. After that, the appointment may be canceled. If it can still be accommodated, a $25 late fee will apply.

• Re-Scheduling

Appointments can be cancelled within the confirmation email received at the time of booking.

For cancellations made 24 hours or less of the appointment, the retainer is non-refundable and cannot be transferred or used as credit (coupon code).

If canceled 48 hours or more in advance, the retainer is still non-refundable but can be transferred to another date or used as credit.

• No Call / No Show

Failure to notify of not arriving results in the forfeiture of all payments. Retainers and payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. Future appointments will require approval, and no refunds will be given.
