Urgent appointments booked with less than 24 hours notice requires an additional fee. Listed in the “Add On” section below.

If not selected at the time of booking, this will be added on by staff.

There’s no additional fee to reschedule.

Changes can be made to appointments using the “Confirmation” email received when the appointment was initially made.

There’s a 15 minute grace period when running late. After that, your appointment will be cancelled and payment will be forfeited. A $25 late fee will be added if we can still accommodate you.

No shows, forfeit all monies paid and 100% of the remaining balance will be charged. Retainers and payments received are non-refundable & non-transferable. Future appointments will need approval.

If your appointment is cancelled with 12 hours or less notice, 50% of the remaining balance will be charged.

OR

When cancelling 24 hours or more in advance, a coupon code (in the amount paid) will be emailed to you, allowing rescheduling, transferring your payment to the new date. This protects those who have booked appointments after you and other scheduled obligations we may have. No additional amount will charged.
