Choose your wedding date and time makeup should arrive to book wedding day services for traditional & airbrush makeup application. Appointments can be scheduled up to 12 months in advance.

An additional fee will apply for appointments scheduled before 9am or after 7:30pm, except "Glam & Go" VIP members. For those who require multiple appointments during a 6-month period, consider joining our membership program first. Visit chenesebean.com/member to join.

 

  • If you require an appointment on the same day you book it, it's classified as a last-minute emergency and will result an additional $25 fee.

  • There’s a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals. After that, the appointment will be canceled. If we can still accommodate you, a $25 late fee will be applied.

  • Appointments can be changed within the confirmation email received at the time of booking.

    Rescheduling an appointment allows the retainer to be applied to a new date. If one is not provided, a coupon code in the amount paid will be sent for rescheduling. There is a $25 fee for rescheduling within 1-3 hours before the original time.

  • When travelling OUTSIDE of the Cincinnati 45237 area by 20 miles or more. A round trip mileage rate of $0.75 per mile applies. Billed separately.

  • One additional hour can be added for touch-up services. Must be selected in the “Add On” section below.

    For longer times the following rate applies and would be adjusted accordingly:

    • Half-Day (up to 4 hours) $425

    • Full-Day (up to 8 hours) $900

  • When adding a hairstylist to an appointment. Please contact us for approval to verify if a hairstylist is available.

    Installing weaves, wigs, extensions, hair cutting, hair trimming and hair color is not included and available at an additional cost. Must discuss with the hairstylist.
