There’s no additional fee to reschedule.

Changes can be made to appointments using the “Confirmation” email received when the appointment was initially made.

Urgent appointments booked with less than 24 hours notice requires an additional fee, listed in the “Add On” section below and must be selected.

If not selected at the time of booking, this will be added on later by staff.

There’s a 15-minute grace period when running late. Beyond that time, your appointment is cancelled and must be rescheduled or pay a $20 late fee.

If your appointment is cancelled, a coupon code (in the amount paid) will be emailed to you, allowing rescheduling, transferring your payment to the new date. This protects those who have booked appointments after you and other scheduled obligations we may have.

No shows, forfeit all monies paid and 100% of the remaining balance will be charged. Retainers and payments received are non-refundable & non-transferable. Future appointments will need approval.

When travelling OUTSIDE of the Cincinnati 45237 area by 20 miles or more. A round trip mileage rate of $0.75 per mile applies. Billed separately.

One additional hour can be added for touch-up services. Must be selected in the “Add On” section below.

For longer times the following rate applies and would be adjusted accordingly:

• Half-Day (up to 4 hours) $425

• Full-Day (up to 8 hours) $900

When adding a hairstylist to an appointment. Please contact us for approval to verify if a hairstylist is available.

Installing weaves, wigs, extensions, hair cutting, hair trimming and hair color is not included and available at an additional cost. Must discuss with the hairstylist.
