• On active duty in the military or have a fiance on active duty in Iraq or Afghanistan
• Must be engaged
• Provide copy of deployment papers, orders, or qualifying proof
• Must show ID
• Bride does not have to reside in Cincinnati

• Gowns are on a first come-first serve basis, so stock is limited
