KC and Antwan Peek (Cleveland Browns) kicked-off my wedding weekend fabulously!  This outside wedding took place Friday at Ault Park and I stayed with KC for those emergency touch-ups!  And boy was it hot that day! 
It was also a wedding full of firsts for me as well:  I had an amazing assistant makeup artist Melissa Roshan to assist me on this huge bridal party, worked with wedding planner Dora Manuel, and hairstylist Jen Nally. 
Photographers Kortnee & Ted along with 28twenty Films for did an amazing job in capturing their nuptials, especially their reception at The Phoenix. 
KC chose the Surpassing Bride package so I did her makeup for every wedding event she had including these photos from their engagement photo session with Kortnee. 
The wedding was so beautiful!¬† It was such a pleasure in working with KC and meeting her¬†and Antwan’s family.

Sometimes while I’m at the office doing paperwork and answering emails I play makeup DVD’s and occasionally watch “Whose Wedding Is It Anyway”.¬† No I don’t actually watch it unless something catches my ear and then I watch the tube.¬†
And a few days ago on the show, they aired a re-run .. and one of the couples gave away fondue sets as wedding favors, with wedding /event planner Jenny Orsini. 
I sent out an¬†email¬†and guess what… I got answers.¬† Thanks Jenny & Robyn!¬†

Oh my gosh!!¬† Two of our¬†brides made the Summer 2009 issue of Cincinnati Wedding Magazine.¬† Before the issue was released, a little birdie gave¬†me a heads up to say¬†congratulations!¬† Which I was so greatful for.¬† Click¬†each image to be forwarded to their highlight, for a list of¬†their¬†awesome wedding vendors¬†who¬†helped¬†produce¬†their fabulous day.¬†.. it’s on news stands now.

May 30th¬†was a beautiful day for a wedding, and for Lisa & Ralph that it was!¬†¬† I met Lisa last year while giving a makeover for¬†one of her closest friends (Melissa who’s second bridesmaid on the left) bridal shower & wedding.¬† And thru that connection Lisa¬†booked me immediately.
The wedding took place at Holy Angels Church in Dayton, OH. 
Your Wedding By Jen¬†was in full control, and¬†boy was I blown away as to how it took her 10 minutes to fix a bridemaid dress that was too long!¬†¬†CJ Photography¬†captured every story book moment and details.¬† While Party Pleasers DJ’s Eric and Tim rocked the house!
Congratulations Lisa & Ralph!¬† It was such a pleasure to work with you Lisa, I’m sure I’ll hear from you again.¬† And Ralph I owe you one for¬†being my handy man when Lisa arrived for her¬†consultation.. LOL
Melissa my love your the best!¬† And don’t forget what we talked about..¬†¬†
